At Picnic Kid, all orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure you get the best quality—fresh from the source.
Because of this, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your basket. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they include items from multiple suppliers.
General Information
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2-10 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. Please note, during high demand periods, processing may take longer. Stay informed through updates via email.
- Shipping Rates: Your order’s shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they include items from multiple suppliers.
International Shipping
- Standard International: Estimated arrival is 14-21 business days following order processing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Picnic Kid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer service to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Lost Packages: If your package seems to be lost, consult your local postal service first. If it is deemed lost, reach out to us for assistance in filing a claim.
